Torsades de pointes is associated with long QT syndrome, proarrhythmic response to medications, hypokalemia, and congenital deafness. Treatment includes correcting hypokalemia, withdrawing the offending drugs. If the patient is hemodynamically unstable, give magnesium initially then cardiovert.

i constantly have an urge to create something amazing, most of the time i spend pondering ideas and that mostly all that happens, i can think up some amazing things but i have problems bringing these ideas into substance, i usually try to refine the idea to its simplest form (as my cat attacks me) in order to execute it as quickly as i can before i either forget the inspiration, get bored of it, or try to over complicate it while its just an idea. i see beautiful works of art all around me in music and movies, i wonder what they’re secret is

Halo 4’s Box Art!
The game is set to be released on November 6th. The big picture was cut up into 32 pieces, then sent to 32 different fans, titling the message “Your Piece of the Halo 4 Puzzle”. Say what you want about the Halo series, but their marketing team is nothing short of brilliant.
